Our yoga classes are suitable for everyone,

there is no need to be very flexible. The atmosphere is welcoming and instructions are clear-cut. Duration of a yoga class is about one hour and thirty minutes and has a set structure: tuning in – yoga set kriya – relaxation – meditation – closing.

The emphasis is on the experience itself.

Characteristic for Kundalini Yoga are the dynamic exercises, the attention for the breath and the use of mantras. The exercises help you to become aware of your physical, mental and emotional condition and simultaneously improve your health and wellbeing. Once practicing you'll soon discover what Kundalini Yoga can do for you and your life.
